1. Data we process

• Account identity: name, email, role, organization membership
• Project data: units, phases, decisions, change requests, finish selections
• Construction media and inspection attestations
• Supplier profiles and marketplace listings
• Technical logs needed for security and support

2. Why we process it

To operate the construction coordination service, notify relevant parties, maintain an audit trail for phases, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

3. Storage & access

Media is stored in private object storage and served via signed URLs. Access to unit data is limited by role: buyers see owned units, constructors see their org projects (staff only assigned units), professionals see assigned inspection queues, admins operate platform trust controls.

4. Retention

Data is retained while accounts and projects are active, and thereafter as needed for dispute, audit, and legal obligations. You may request account export or deletion via privacy@remote-build.it; platform admins fulfill requests with in-product export and soft-delete tools (inspections retained for dispute readiness).

5. International buyers

The product is designed for Albania off-plan projects with remote owners. Processing may occur in infrastructure regions used by our hosting providers. By creating an account you acknowledge this transfer for service delivery.
